Hi! I’m Nandini, founder of Swayam. I’m a self-healer and passionate advocate for healing through yoga. My journey began when a serious spinal injury left me bedridden — and through yoga, I not only recovered but also overcame chronic issues like asthma, PCOD, sleep disorders, migraines, and stress.
I’ve been practicing yoga since childhood and have remained deeply committed for over 10 years. As a Registered Yoga Trainer (RYT Level 2) based in Mysore, I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, and Aerial Yoga (Level 1). Over the last 5 years, I’ve guided many individuals to heal both physically and emotionally through impactful, mindful yoga practices.
